After 2.5x growth last quarter PR Volt is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with hands-on experience in tools like Zapier and Pipedrive. You will play a critical role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including pipeline management, lead generation, and CRM maintenance.
  • Automate workflows using Zapier.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy in Pipedrive and other related systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and best practices.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to sales operations tools
  • Increase efficiency across the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role or similar.
  • Proficiency in Zapier or Make for workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
